Platform great; mobile app almost there
Platform service is top notch!
The app is a seamless integration with the web app so that’s great. The owner is quite active on discord, which provides a good deal of trust.
Some ideas for improvement in UX on the mobile and web app: Would be great to add a way of uploading serial numbers (for power users) to handle insurance/issues quicker, provide order breakdown upload per tracking number from user side (so it’s easy for users to compare with the received scans).

Buy With Confidence
BG is the best in the business period. Have worked with them for years now and have always had a good experience. Only group with an excellent support framework and claims coverage for missing items. BG is solid as it gets!
Great useful app on the go
Great job on the app i use it primarily for notifications and update me on my orders.
Mediocre app and group
I’ve been buying for this group for over four years at the beginning since Mark cofounded the company. They post quite a bit of Deal under cost, but my concern is they lose a lot of items shipped to their warehouse or scan items at incorrect prices resulting in extra work to submit Support ticket check on status of ticket and corresponding with associates that lack experience.

BG Can’t Be Beat
Been doing business with BG for 3 years now. Never once have they missed a payment or went back on their word. Despite the ups and downs throughout my time with them, they’ve always been honest and transparent. On top of that they provide insurance if anything goes wrong.
Scam
It’s a scam don’t loose your money
Ok app best group
Wow what a group only one that actually pays out on missing packages with all around quick payments the app can have hiccups though
Excellent format and deal presentation
The app presents deals in a very appealing manner. I find myself using it more than the website. It’s very well designed.
Scammers
Stay away from this BG. They are scammers. They currently owe me over 4k since August of 2025 and nothing is being done about it. Customer support is nonexistent.
Best Resell Group
These guys know what they’re doing. They are well organized, and offer tons of opportunities to make money. I’ve been a member for many years now, and since I joined them, I have not paid for a single flight with my own money. They have given me the opportunity to travel in ways I never imagined.
Best Buying Group Ever
Fantastic crew and very nice people! Leadership are one of the best in the business!
Excellent app and group
Great service and communication. Trustworthy group that responds quickly to issues. Haven’t hit a snag yet but when I do I know I will get support.
Greatness at touch
Way better to handle on the app than the website!
The best BG group
Best BG group ever. Others can’t even compare.
Excellent App for Group Buying & Real Savings
BuyingGroup is a very well-designed app that actually delivers on what it promises. The platform makes it easy to join group purchases, compare pricing, and access deals that you normally wouldn’t get buying alone.
The interface is clean and simple to use, transactions are smooth, and communication around orders is clear. What really stands out is the value — pooling buyers together genuinely lowers costs, especially for bulk or high-demand items.
Customer support has been responsive, and updates keep improving the experience. If you’re looking to save money through collective buying without headaches, this app is definitely worth using.

Solid platform
About the app - it’s great to have everything you need for this group (deals, commitments, payments, tracking, support, and more) in one spot. It’s user-friendly and I have never had it crash on me.
About the group - honest, dedicated, good values, competitive, trustworthy, committed to always improving, I’m happy to be a part of it :)
