Device integration
Everything is good but it does not integrate with my Garmin which is a popular watch for more serious health monitoring .
Easy to use
CGM reading very accurate, helped me to control my sugar level during pregnancy
Faceid always fails
Faceid was active but always fails. Turned it off and now can’t it on, because it’s asking for password which I don’t know as login was using phone. There is no “forgot password” option in the app. Very poorly QA’ed
Complaint
I bought a new CGM device. Having problem connecting to make it work. Can’t find the SN. Written many feedback to ask for help. But received no response.
Great CGM Experience
I’ve been using this app mainly for CGM, and overall it has been very helpful. The glucose readings are clear and easy to understand, and the trends give me better insight into how food and daily habits affect my blood sugar.
The interface is clean, syncing is smooth, and it has really improved how I manage my glucose. Looking forward to future updates and new features!

CGM
Discovered glucose readings is inaccurate. Do not recommend.
Critical flaw: 17+ rating blocks teens from using the app for CGM
This CGM app works well for glucose monitoring but has a glaring issue: its 17+ age rating makes it inaccessible on teen iPhones under Screen Time parental controls. Parents must max out the app age limit just for this one medical tool, defeating device-wide protections.
Meanwhile, apps with far more mature content get 16+ ratings - clearly an overzealous content flag here that’s harming families managing teen diabetes. Urgently reconsider the rating or add a low-age follower app so teens can use BUZUD without compromising safety settings.

App hangs
I used to enjoy the Buzud app many months ago. But now when I use it, the app often freezes, which is especially frustrating when I’m trying to upload my food photo and lose it closing and reopening the app.

Unreliable sensor
1. Tape was not sticky enough. Wasted 3 sensors. Wrote in and nobody bothered to reply me.
2. Just installed a new one last night. Woke up to the app telling me to replace the sensor as it has expired. It’s a brand new one and the box says expiry’s in 2026. Submitted a request for replacement through the app. Will see if anyone actually reads it and gets back to me.
It’s a pity since I like Buzud’s CGM. Will be switching to Libre which has much better customer service, I heard.

Good CGM but needs more integration with devices
Initially I was able to somehow track my blood glucose through my Apple Watch without having to go into the app itself. But since last week it somehow wasn’t able to do so anymore. I liked it when I was able to see the blood glucose readings on the Apple Watch.
Promising experience
Being a long time Freestyle Libre user, modded with MiaoMiao for real time data sync to iPhone and my xDrip server, it was finally nice to see a local medical company challenge Abbott’s monopoly for Singapore.
For the longest time Singapore’s offering has been behind the generation of diabetic sensors available in other parts of the world.
I’d fully switch to Buzud’s blood glucose sensor if only their app worked directly with xDrip protocols, so my phones, smartwatches and even bike computer can show the readings.

Alert Issue
Routine alerts doesn’t ring when app is in the background even though it’s not closed. Please look into it; it’s critical.
New Blood Test
I like this app to track advance blood level we can track
How to sync my steps
How can I connect the app to my Apple Watch and record my steps?
Amazing but Please integrate apple watch into this!
Amazing app with very good potential. However the lack of integration with third party devices such as apple watch leaves much to be desired. Blood glucose monitoring of course would be very important, but also integrating the native apple watch spO2, heart rate, ecg and step counter functions into the app would make this perfect. Also please fix the blood glucose notifications issue! Aside from that, like i said it really have good potential. The user experience aside from the things mentioned before was very much to my liking.

Totally will recommend!
First time trying this app because of their CGM and the whole experience was great! I found out things about my blood glucose that I need to take note of and also learned quite a lot about the food I’ve been eating. Very useful!
Notes for Food intake
The Notes for food intake has only option to take photo by AI. There is no way to input text if AI detects it wrongly and there’s no option to enter qty as well. Therefore calories calculations will not be accurate
Should improve better before market it
The app is not stable. The cgm is too thick. It came off while I was sleeping. I used the additional tape supplied but still it came off
Crash
Lousy app, keep crashing and doesn’t allow me to sign in. Have been using it for almost 2 months. Lousy app.
Better app functions
It is a good cgm, as it’s pretty accurate but one things is lacking is app for Apple Watch. I hope there is app for Apple Watch as it is convenient to monitor the blood sugar. In addition, I also hope instead buzud read data from Apple health, it can sent the reading to the Apple health also. Oh yeah, hope it fix the alert system also. Thank you
