One change I would make is the ease of which to book my free PT session I didn’t know I needed to go on the timetable but I eventually figured it out. Otherwise great app! Love the ability to check how busy the gym is ❤️✅

I was surprised to see a charge, as I didn’t continue my membership and never set up a direct debit. The service has been quite disappointing.
doesn’t work
been trying for weeks now to log in to my account, and every time it states my login info is invalid. can’t get a hold of anyone in support either, plus the gym in swindon has mostly broken equipment, no staff, and the changing rooms constantly don’t work too. i’ll definitely be changing gyms, and i wouldn’t recommend buzz gym to anyone, at least for swindon

Best gym in town!
What’s so great about Buzz gym and sets it apart from others is the atmosphere, and the brilliant selection of classes.
It’s a well equipped gym and the staff are all so helpful, friendly and always present on the gym floor to ask for assistance or just to chat.
It has a genuine sense of community, I love it and I’m so motivated to get into the gym and work out. Definitely seen my fitness improve!

The app is as Tacky as the members. Some of the women are horrible. They walk around like they are matcho with looks to kill.
They will kill your energy, believe me.
The music level is club level 24/7 and they point blank refuse to turn it down. Read the reviews on Trust pilot. These reviews up here are fake. So many people hate that place. Cannon St.

Far too many members
The place is too small for the amount of member plus some staff are not helpful
Spin class
First spin class at the gym totally enjoyed it with John he looked after me kept checking if I was okay due to my heart issues felt at ease
Poor
Virtuagym supports class booking but Buzz don’t use it and instead display their mobile unfriendly website instead. Virtuagym also support adding booked classes to your phone calendar but Buzz also don’t support this. Also can’t find anywhere in the app that shows my entry pin.

Can’t log in
I am a member but I am unable to log in on the app however I can just fine online
Unfortunately certain functions don’t work
Register for the app as new user and when you login, features such the capacity checker ask you to login via a web view and it takes you to the gym portal and not the capacity checker.
I have tried to delete the app/reinstall as I work a software tester by trade.
Support page does not exist off the App Store either?

Log in fail
I’m a member and can’t log on to the app through my phone to see quiet times to go to the gym I’ve tried a number of times to reset my password and nothing it’s fine online but not through the app :(
