HELP ME CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
Hi, the all has no option to cancel subscription. Please help me cancel. This is so unintuitive and painful. I am stressed.
No indication beforehand that this a paid service!
No indication this is a PAID service until you have already provided your name and email and phone number! No way to delete your private information just email to contact them, this makes me uncomfortable, I am waiting to hear back from them.
Try it at your own risk
It may work for you or it may not, no way to know until you pay and sign up for a subscription that can only be canceled via emailing someone. Would really be nice to know if it will work for you before you have to pay for literally nothing.
Highly recommend
My boyfriend is on the Buzzer since he works from home and usually needs to let people in. He travels a decent amount for work so whenever I’m on my own, I can never buzz in packages food or friends. It’s such a hassle and I’m always having to go downstairs. Now we’re both on the account are we literally never miss anything since we both are notified. It’s also really nice that it has a distinct notification, I got a lot of phone calls with my job so it’s nice when I know it’s the Buzzer versus just a regular call. The ability to add friends who are housesitting or staying with us is such a huge help as we don’t have extra fobs to our building and you just take them off when they leave - it’s SO easy. Also I saw some other reviews stating you can’t cancel but I just tested that and it was no problem to cancel right away and sign up again.

Massively convenient
I’ve been using this since it came out and I cannot emphasize enough how easy it is to set up and how big of a game changer it has been for me. I have deliveries every single day, and travel a lot for work and let friends stay at my place. Highly recommend this app!!!!
Easy to use and super convenient.
Use it for gatherings at my place and pet sitting. Super easy just set a buzzer to their number and I can see when they’re in and out!

They said if you want to cancel the subscription (aka “future big charge”) or delete the account, you have to email them but they never replied their email.

Cancelling your monthly service is very difficult since only 1 email address is offered for both cancellation & support. Still trying to cancel service that doesn’t work.

I think people are getting sick & tired of apps that don’t disclose their scams until AFTER you give them all your personal info. This is garbage, once your signed up they want you to spend $10/m for the service. Nothing was mentioned in the app prior to download or in the app itself about any cost. Shady AF… avoid at all cost.
