You can now jump directly to a specific date or follow a link to an older message—even when that portion of the conversation has not yet been loaded or shared with you. Buzz intelligently retrieves the missing history and takes you where you need to go. Clear gap markers let you load messages before or after the section you’re viewing, and multiple gaps can be handled independently. When exploring older history, Load Earlier continues naturally from the oldest message currently displayed. **Smarter Team Mentions & Acknowledgments** Buzz’s flexible @mention architecture helps direct messages and notifications to the right individuals or teams without unnecessarily interrupting everyone in a group. When you’re mentioned through more than one team, you can now select the specific team you’re acknowledging—providing greater clarity around who is responding and in what role. **Better Thread Continuity** Threads are designed to keep focused discussions together without losing the context of the larger conversation. Opening a thread can now retrieve a referenced message that hasn’t previously been shared with you, helping provide the context needed to follow the discussion. **More Accurate Unread Messages** Opening a busy conversation no longer automatically marks every unread message as read. Buzz now preserves unread status until messages have actually been reviewed, making it easier to return to information that still needs your attention. **Phone Numbers & Links That Work for You** Phone numbers within conversations—including numbers containing extensions or dial strings—are now recognized for convenient calling through Buzz Dialer. This helps healthcare professionals connect with patients, providers, referral partners, and other care-team members while taking advantage of Buzz’s integrated calling workflow. Web links are also clearer and easier to act on, with streamlined access to Safari when you need to continue outside Buzz. **Faster, Cleaner Conversations** We’ve streamlined the presentation of rich-text content to improve the speed at which conversations open, render, and scroll.
