Best app for Home health
I’ve worked in home health for a few years as a PTA having had the opportunity to work for two different companies. The only difference - is that one company utilized CareStitch and the other did not. My experience working HH has been night and day with and without this app. Having CS greatly reduced administrative/operational workload, reduced drive time in b/w patients, and ultimately allowed for easier management of higher caseloads. I honestly didn’t realize how much it helped on a day to day basis until I no longer had it! All I want is CS back 😢

Have swipe features like Apple iPhone
Sounds minor but please have swipe features where I don’t have to click on every little arrow to go back.
Not a great app
The app is good for some things, but it has a terrible texting feature that only lets you see a single line of text as you’re typing so you don’t really know whether you have typos until after you post it.
Great app and great team
I have been doing scheduling and intake for more thanks 10 years and I have used many apps and platforms, using CareStitch is really useful and makes your job way easier.
It does bring all the pieces together in a such efficient way.including scheduling, communicating, downloading files mapping visits and many other features it makes a huge difference.
The support team is so easy to reach out to and always available to assist and answer your questions. Thanks Carestitch team for creating such an amazing app that smooths out the scheduling process.

Glitches and crashes
Terrible app, constantly having to delete and redownload the app due to glitches and crashes.
