Community Manager/ Multi-Apartment Complex

I recently started using Buzze, and it has been a fantastic addition to our apartment community. They installed EV charging stations at our multi-apartment complex, and it has made a huge difference for residents with electric vehicles. Being able to charge our cars right at home, without having to search for charging stations in other locations, is incredibly convenient and reliable.

I’ve also been using the Buzze app myself, and it’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The setup is simple, and you can start charging in no time. On top of that, their customer service has been excellent — they provide very quick feedback if you have any issues or concerns.

Overall, I highly recommend Buzze EV Charging. It’s a reliable, convenient, and well-managed service that truly benefits EV owners in residential communities.

Excellent charging stations

The app is easy to use. The customer service & support has been excellent. The charging stations are new and also easy to use with the app. Best part, my experience with Buzze has been reliable, easy, and stress-free.

User friendly App

I’m new to the EV space. This app is super easy to use and the customer support line has been really responsive with the small issue I did have figuring out connecting my car. I recommend charging with Buzze if you have the chance.

Extremely Helpful Support & Service

Had a couple issues, but they were mostly tied to the building I live at, support has been very consistently good. Nice to have a solution here.

Good thing my apartment complex just installed all of these chargers when the app takes five minutes to let me select an end time. Half the time the map doesn’t even work, and you have to pre-pay for the amount of time you think your car needs to fully charge and then get refunded the difference what a f- joke. Needs work mates. Frustrating to say the least. It’s not even remotely cheap either.

Great idea, one feature request

I really enjoy the idea of this app. I would like to request the feature to completely take the charger offline with a toggle. I don’t really want people in my driveway if I’m not home for the weekend and I can’t just turn off availability in the app as of now

Phoenix host

I love the concept of this app. As a host, I have a neighbor that lives a few blocks away and charges her car at my house about once a week. She uses the opportunity to walk her dogs when she drops off and picks up her car. Its convenient and easy to offer a solution for people that don’t have access to charging at home.

I rent a Tesla Model 3 for work and it’s super easy to charge overnight with a neighbor down the street. The app is easy to use and it’s a great option for renters.

Offers over 100 new fast EV chargers just in Phoenix - located in neighborhoods at people’s homes! No more sitting in my car at the mall. Plus app lets me track charge while it happens. Totally cool.

Possible SCAM

Great idea but they want your tesla login/password. Called Tesla they said they have no partnership with them that would allow a pass through of credentials.

Hello Decio86, Thank you! We think the Buzze business model is a great idea also and are excited to provide a reliable charging solution to drivers all across the US and beyond. We are a phoenix based startup that is in the launch process of our two sided market place (like air bnb for car charging) with in AZ before expanding to other states. A new version will be deployed next week that will allow you to schedule charge reservations with hosts in the app without a human being involved. This will allow you to book reoccurring reservations or singular reservations consistently. Our goal is to make charging easier for EV owners and allow Hosts to make a little extra money during the 90% time that their charger is not being utilized. Connecting your car - We utilize a company called "SmartCar" to make a secure connection with your car to allow us to monitor the charging status and pay the host accordingly. SmartCar is a partner of Tesla and 26 other EV manufacturers and offers a secure connection with the car that you have control of. In the app, this connection allows you to track your charging status, progress, estimated time to full, range and more. Buzze and Smartcar, do not store any of the login credentials to any car as the interface is connecting with tesla (or other manufacturers) directly.
