What went wrong
This app used to be really great. Now alerts are blatantly ignored, even after multiple follow ups, and eventually just closed without any explanation or response at all.

Update request
I don’t like that every time I open the app there is a pop up to upgrade to premium version. In the case of an emergency it’s a waste of precious seconds between getting help and danger. Otherwise, great app.
Perfect for Tourists & Locals
Super simple - one click and you can alert emergency services and share location.

Not only does this app give an extra sense of security in your area, but they respond immediately and rush on scene very quickly. I have seen them resolve multiple situations time after time. They also send updates to all the users on the app in that specific area, so that everyone in the community is aware of the occurrences, and whether they have been resolved or not. Respect to all the members contributing to the creation of a safe community, this is exactly what my town needed.

I feel much safer knowing I have this on-hand. I can walk alone on campus and it’s great being able to follow up on other reports that are raised!

Thanks for developing this. Have been looking for something like this for a while, and it feels like you guys are getting it right. One can comment about some minor ux improvements but that will improve, keep it up!
No Functionality Despite Upgrade
The app is great in theory, would be better if I could get it to work. I don’t receive any notifications (I have made sure all the correct settings are in place to receive notifications), and I am unable to add a connection - this despite upgrading to the highest tier available, with the app giving limited functionality.

Simple. Functional. Informative
This is a great app, every community should have something like this. Get help with a single click, report activity in your area, read messages and stay up to do with what is happening around you. Indispensable.
Glitchy app
Keep on having to reinstall and re-enter my details, becoming tedious now. Currently I’m stuck on the ‘allow buzzer to send you notifications’ screen - I have allowed, but it won’t move on. The ‘contact app support’ on the app’s App Store download doesn’t work either. Shoddy.
Not connecting
Luckily I’m not having a medical issue today, always had this as a back up, now just hangs, ‘app update’ 😳🙄
Can’t Login
App keeps asking me to update my details but when I do it says Username exists already and I can’t get past that screen. No help option or contact details on the screen to ask for assistance.

So impressed by this app. Whether it’s been a medical emergency, municipal or crime, I’ve had a response immediately and the situation has been appropriately resolved. Well done guys!

Lacks privacy, intuitive design and a feature set one really needs. Not really a South African product either.
No recent log of events, incident responses are inaccessible once the incident has been resolved. Which means you don’t know what the result was or action taken by those involved.

Forces location to always on
Why do you force location services to be “always on” when I want to respond to an incident? I have allowed you to use my location while in the app which should be good enough no? What do you want to do with my location in the background while I’m not using the app? What do you need it for?
Account Blocked
I downloaded the App, I then tried to register up to where they ask my mobile number, which I added and waited for the code after 4 attempts with no code sent to me, I was blocked!!! Can you please unblock my account and assist with the problem!!

Frustrating. App does not work
1. After loading my correct address the app does not put into the correct group. No way to sort this.
2. No way to contact developer: the Help menu is inaccessible until one is fully able to use unlocked app, so no way to address the above issues.
