Rubbish app and rubbish support
The silly app times out after a number of uses and you have to log back in again . This is very hit and miss !! And you end up locked out of the app for days . Support seem too useless to help or fix

Absolute rubbish you need to keep signing in at least once a week, as it regulary logs you out , the app has a habit of going off line for a few days, have had the inverter and batteries for 2 years started ok then for the past 18months it can’t be relied on, need to check physically on the inverter to see if charging and battery level not much point having the app

Not able to login
Please fix the login page. Can’t press sign in button!
Cannot login
As with other reviewers, I can no longer log into the app after entering username and password. The login button is greyed out.
Good Hardware, Terrible Software
This app is used to configure the Sunsynk Inverter. It uses different terms from settings in the web interface, which is almost as bad. This is one of the worst user interface designs I have ever had the misfortune to use. If you change the setting on one page it changes settings on other pages that you can’t see. Simply scheduling charge and discharge sessions requires a long, involved, and arcane process which may or may not work. Fortunately there is an independent app which is much better,
