No edit option after placing order or option to cancel order?
I placed an order for pickup in the morning and made a mistake and after placing I had no option to edit or cancel the order in order to fix this. My reward disappeared 2x for a free coffee and I was never able to use either the initial one for signing up or one after building up points. Tons of options for bagels are often missing too

No Apple Pay, really?
You have a mobile app and can’t even use Apple Pay. I don’t want to store my credit card info on your servers.

Really confusing app
The app seems to get the orders right, but when there’s a special, like buy one get one, it doesn’t work well.
Bring back Apple Pay
If I could this app zero stars I would. None of the text fields support autofill, no Apple Pay options, have to insecurely input your card info manually everytime. It’s awful. “Bagels by the each”? Who writes the category names

Why Did They Remove Apple Pay?
App is okay. It’s not great, but it’s not terrible either, but why did they remove Apple Pay? Apple Pay is a more secure and more convenient way to pay. Now as soon as their servers are hacked (which seems to pretty much be inevitable these days), our credit cards will be compromised, the banks will have to issue new ones, and we the customers will have to go through the hassle of updating all our recurring billing to the new card number 🙁

Removing Apple Pay
Most recent update removed Apple Pay and they have a terrible interface for your credit card. It’s really slow and you can’t remove an old card. Terrible change and Apple Pay should be brought back just like you can use it inside the restaurant.

I live down the street from this location and go weekly. I have always had a great experience and the food has always been great! Everything is full of flavor and fresh ingredients. I’m obsessed with the iced coffees!

charged my bank but order didn't go thru
ordered thru the app, my bank was charged but the app said it did not go thru. at the store they said too bad the charge will come off your acct and it did not and they did not give me my order even though i showed them my bank acct charge. don't order through the app.
Smooth operation
I love how smooth and thorough the online ordering process is from this app. I’ve always loved Brooklyn water bagel at now that I live by one I’m definitely going to put this app to use. It has all the options for editing and specifying how you want your food to be made. Love it.
Cost saving changes
They clearly made the app worse to save money. Lost ability to add to apple wallet. No longer can link a credit card for charges (must prepay). Payment pages then redirect outside of app (less secure). Constantly receive bug errors and app crashes.
Why need an app?
Not sure why you all need an app when I’ve been calling in and using your website for years. Totally a waste of space on my phone. Also the app is very buggy.
Why the Auto reload
It was much easier the other way when I came in to pick up my order I scanned my card. I don’t have to worry whether it is enough money there or not because my card was on file. I think this is an extra step or am I missing something? Thank you.
Out of Order
Too many times including today this Jupiter store is out of too many bagels. I came in for a sesame bagel and went out with a distant second choice! You should not be running out. Make more bagels!
