I just want my BAGELS 🥲
I love the app it doesn’t give me many issues but there is one bug that is the reason for this review. I have had this weird bug that stops me from logging in to the app which then stops me from the following, scanning for rewards, ordering ahead, using my points. So basically it makes the app unusable. Once in a blue moon where it lets me log in I have zero issues. But it’s the waiting for that to happen that leads me to write this. I just want to order my bagels and get my points growing so I can order more and more bagels.

It won’t let me login?
I’ll put the code in and then it says the request timed out. I send a new code to my phone number but now my phone number is blocked due to “unusual activity” because I requested a code like 6 times because it won’t let me login like dang can I get some points or whattt. I can’t even put in online orders

So Friendly
They know all the customers! They are helpful and friendly! The smell is soooo good! It’s like Cheers where everyone knows your name but bagels and coffee instead of a bar! Yum!

App works great! No issues! Reward program works great and never glitches.
Nice looking app but major shortcoming
I simply wanted to fund a location near me and map to it. This is a a basic feature of a multi-location business app.
