I just want my BAGELS 🥲

I love the app it doesn’t give me many issues but there is one bug that is the reason for this review. I have had this weird bug that stops me from logging in to the app which then stops me from the following, scanning for rewards, ordering ahead, using my points. So basically it makes the app unusable. Once in a blue moon where it lets me log in I have zero issues. But it’s the waiting for that to happen that leads me to write this. I just want to order my bagels and get my points growing so I can order more and more bagels.

It won’t let me login?

I’ll put the code in and then it says the request timed out. I send a new code to my phone number but now my phone number is blocked due to “unusual activity” because I requested a code like 6 times because it won’t let me login like dang can I get some points or whattt. I can’t even put in online orders

So Friendly

They know all the customers! They are helpful and friendly! The smell is soooo good! It’s like Cheers where everyone knows your name but bagels and coffee instead of a bar! Yum!

Nice looking app but major shortcoming

I simply wanted to fund a location near me and map to it. This is a a basic feature of a multi-location business app.

SO GOOD

I went to the Jeff’s bagel run in downers grove and the bagels are TO DIE FOR🤤 the shop was so cute and everyone was so kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend trying JBR! Also shout out to the manager JD🙌🏼🌟

Love the app but…

Did the app recently change to force catering orders to be in bundles of 3 for each bagel? I like to pick up large orders for my co-workers, but when I attempt to do catering the app no longer allows me to select anything other than bundles of 3 for all bagels. Since I don’t want extra of certain bagels, it forces me to create multiple orders instead. Otherwise, I love the app.

Thank you for the feedback! We did indeed update the interface although you can still set specific bagel counts for Catering Orders. You just need to use the plus and minus controls if you wish to adjust by one bagel at a time. Hope this helps and thanks again for visiting Jeff's!

not a real bagel shop

paying an up charge to not even have toasted bagels or cream cheese on said bagels. what is even the point of the store —-> just go to grocery store for the same thing with a lower price.

Nice interface but…

The employees don’t seem to be familiar with the interface. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup five minutes after I ordered. I watched customers order at the counter, pick up orders and leave before my ticket ever appeared for processing. Order was ready 16 minutes after promised time.

Not trustworthy

Don’t waste time with the app. Ordered and got a 5 minute pickup time. 20 min later still standing around waiting.

Can’t order in app

Website tells you to order on the app? As far as I can see no stores in charlotte are accepting orders on the app. Bagels are great. Weekend lines are long and I’d like to be able to order ahead.
