Won’t log in
Not sure what is happening but I can’t log into my account and FaceID doesn’t work even after I enabled it less than 2 days ago…
New app sucks
The old app was way better. They removed Apple Pay in the new app. New app is clunky and not laid out intuitively. Lately, I’ve been getting an error when trying to check out with my AmEx Gold, and I have to delete it and re add it each time. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Useless except to scan for points
I had to add a new card to the wallet and delete the previous card. Tried to place an order only to get error message saying card expired. Card does not expire until 2031 and it is currently 2026.
Checkout
Every time I get to this point, it doesn’t do anything else. I can not check out whatsoever. I deleted this app and left it alone for 2 months, thinking things will get fixed. It is still doing the same thing. I want to order but it won’t do it.
Reorder takes a few clicks
I use the app all the time and it’s pretty good. It just takes me a few more clicks and I feel it should to re-order the same thing all the time.
