Every time I get to this point, it doesn’t do anything else. I can not check out whatsoever. I deleted this app and left it alone for 2 months, thinking things will get fixed. It is still doing the same thing. I want to order but it won’t do it.
Reorder takes a few clicks
I use the app all the time and it’s pretty good. It just takes me a few more clicks and I feel it should to re-order the same thing all the time.
Great App, But the Automatic Tip Needs to Go
I love the Foxtail app, but please pay close attention to the tip section. The app automatically applies a preset tip percentage, and once the order is processed, there is no option to edit or go back. Customers should be able to choose whether they want to tip and how much. Please remove the automatic tip selection.

Yikes
Can’t seem to get the QR codes to work without wrestling the scanner. Have to scan twice for getting points and again for paying with stored balance. Doesn’t automatically move you to a flow to add more funds when the order depletes your account. This is a hot mess.
Not functional
Doesn’t remember my login, Face ID doesn’t work, and it’s not user friendly and easy to navigate especially when it comes to gift cards. Constantly have issues with this app
ADS! ADS EVERYWHERE!
Hey, I love finding a new local coffee shop, getting their rewards program, and the app sends daily nagging notifications about buying stuff! And no way to disable notifications except via iOS settings! Nothing like even more ads in our lives!
Not user-friendly
This app design is aesthetically pleasing to look at but functionally NOT user-friendly. The QR codes (not barcodes?!) don’t work well when I’m in stores; they take an awkward 15 seconds to scan. Every time I pay, I forget how to find my gift card because—oh, you got a cute one? Too bad, you can’t see it or a barcode, only a QR code. & guess what? You have to scan your QR codes if you also want reward points. Additionally, every barista says their machine takes payment via gift cards differently, so there’s no consistency in training with using the app. Without my permission, one barista used my reward points for a drink, didn’t even ask if I wanted to. I wanted to use a gift card instead, thank you. I really hate the app.

TIP ALWAYS INCLUDED
I give tips based on customer service and speed of service. Unfortunately this app has a default tip that’s adds to my order. It should pop up to allow me to choose a tip rather than it trying to have me tip every time. $2.40 for a default tip for two drinks is a bit excessive.
What a mess
The new location doesn’t seem to have any staff training before opening. My breakfast sandwich is completely folded in half
Very slow with automatic tipping
It takes so long to get through every page of this app when trying to make an order that I may as well just go and order at the register because I’m not saving any time. It also auto tips so if you’re losing patience trying to rush through to the finish line you often don’t realize you just paid extra to go pick it up yourself.

I love the app. It’s easy to use and and makes it a breeze to order. Here are a couple of suggestions to make it better:
When adding flavor to coffee, one of the baristas told me +1 of a flavor = 4 pumps of the flavor. A 1:1 ratio would be much more intuitive.
Also, please add Apple Pay as a payment option.

Terrible update
Ever since the update it’s been so frustrating to use this app. Have to log in every time, old account info was gone so had to sign up again, and very unintuitive to navigate. Also no Apple Pay option is a big miss.
Bring back the original format
I haven’t been able to purchase a coffee with my debit cards or credit cards for about 3 weeks now. I am forced to “reload” my account or purchase gift cards to make a coffee order here. Now TODAY, the app seems to have a new glitch where we cannot choose the location to place an order. If you use the website, it says access denied. This is terrible for the customer experience . I visit this website ONCE a day which is in the morning time, you have allll day to troubleshoot the issues, and still, by the morning time it’s not going to work.

Deceptive Tip Function
I tip every order anyway, but it should not automatically be included in the total so inconspicuously.
Scan to pay is impossible
Attempting to pay in person using the app is painfully difficult. It takes a very long time to load and if you double click by accident to start the app will freeze.
Apex NC location
Use the app all the time. Very easy for ordering ahead before I get there. I also like when they have discounts such as 50% off on gift cards.. etc. I usually give them to my real estate clients in their closing gift package or use them for myself to pay when I have client meetings at foxtail. And of course, the staff in Apex NC is great!

Hate the update
This is at least the second update of this app and it’s been completely rebuilt. They sneak in a tip automatically and it’s hard to remove and it’s also next to impossible to use any reward dollars out of your wallet. Also doesn’t work in the store and I’ve been overcharged multiple times now for my orders.

Terrible experience
Horrible experience. No Apple Pay. Cannot auto fill the credit card details. And, it won’t allow me to use any of my email addresses as it says “unsupported email.“

Apple Pay
Not loving the new app update. Please return Apple Pay. It made the checkout process easier. It also is harder to tell if you have a free drink coupon during checkout in the new app. Still enjoy my coffee at Foxtail which is why I’ll give it a few stars, but the app needs to be adjusted.

The app is newer but once you understand it and the options it works very well!
