We waited at least 2 hrs, when it said eta 5 mins for it to be accepted. One of us is a type on diabetic in an emergency!!! Appalling!!!
Canāt fix the price
Each time I get and quote and book it never fixes the price. If itās not going to work Iāll try Uber. Itās a shame that the poor technology from head office will impact the drivers not getting work
App not advanced for my needs
I travel in Uber daily for my job. The reason I use uber is because I can preload my credit card against it and I receive my receipts by email and can also get them off the app. Obviously as it's work related travel I need receipts.
What does this mean for me? It means as a busy working person I can order the uber, get in. Get to my destination and be on my way instantly. This app doesn't allow that. I need to make payment in the cab upon arrival and I also need to get a paper receipt and make sure I don't lose it. Too hard.
If you updated the technology of the app to make my working day easier so I don't need to be messing around with payments at the end of a trip I would probably use this service. I now only catch a cab if one happens to be available on the street as soon as I leave a meeting. If it isn't there I order uber.
You need to sort this out as I believe I am one of many who don't use taxis for this exact same reason.

Do not go out quoted fare
When booking tonight, the booking office cancelled multiple bookings and said the driver in the rank would go out the fare. The driver did not.

Seriously, whatās the point of prebooking a cab if the driver just drives off with another fare before reaching you. Its no wonder you canāt compete with Uber.
Always further away than app says
Pretty much every time I use this I get a call from the driver saying itās going to take twice as long to get to me than what the app said when I booked. Starting to get really annoying! App is a great idea in theory but doesnāt work for me so Iām giving it 1 star.

Driver Service is generally great when booked through the app.
Sometimes on a short distance if I want to accept the quote and book no drivers accept the booking and the search just goes forever.
Support team is responsive and quick to address any bug issues once notified.

Canāt copy and paste. Terrible.

App is archaic. Despite manually entering full addresses with maximum detail, app default chooses alternative address - driver shows up expecting to take you somewhere else, argument ensues. Can not find manually entered destination in inner city suburb of major capital city. This is why ride share apps flourish despite competitive prices - too much effort

Booked a 10 seat cab, TWO days prior to Christmas Day, time for the cab to arrive comes and goes, called them and they said their system has been searching for one since 1130, which is when we were meant to be picked up!!!
What's the point having the ability of booking a cab for a certain time when it doesn't show up on time.

Turns out Uber isnāt always the cheapest cab service, especially when their fares multiply.
Black and white is great but the app isnāt.

Terrible App
Heaps of bugs when signing up, takes forever to be allowed to login, it keeps failing. The app doesnāt recognise your own verification codes. Also doesnāt suit iPhone X. Terrible app. Get your act together developers

This is an essential app for people who catch taxi's regularly. Quite easy to use and intuitive.
It would be great if it linked in with black and white rewards but not a deal brealer obviously.
However a bug that keeps coming up is that when you choose a location 50% of the time it tells you that the 'app does not support pickup locations'. This includes for locations you use regularly. You have to keep restarting the app until it accepts your booking. Very frustrating.
Overall without the bug it would be nigh perfect.

Impossible to use. Should never have been approved by app store.

Gps data resets booking locations on prebooked rides to wrong location which means - no cab for you! Even the part of the app for reviewing the app failed. Truly useless app.
