BAR is definitely the most reputable seller that I have come across in all of my shopping experiences. They not only tell you what brand it is they give you size measurements and tell you the material of each item. Their prices are extremely fair and they do not overcharge. They have a great shipping and return policy. I definitely recommend them. What I love even more is their customer service department is always there to help no matter what time of day and they have a great selection of different products for everyone with a full-size range.

BAR has been one of my favorite boutiques for years. I’ve never once had to make a return because their sizing is always spot on, which says everything about how much care they put into their products. Beyond the beautiful clothing, I truly love what they stand for. Being a family business rooted in faith I believe in makes supporting them even more meaningful. I love this boutique! They are awesome at Customer Service and I love how when you do a return they give you credit back to your method of payment rather than store credit. They do amazing sales. They do cashback. They don’t over price their merchandise and they always are very forthcoming on what brand an item is. I wish all boutiques would follow their lead. They also have amazing jewelry!! Great ladies working at this company!

My favorite place to online shop for clothes!
I’m obsessed with this boutique. The jewelry and clothes are such good quality. My favorite brand that they have is Pol. The customer service is excellent and I’ve had no problems. 10/10

NO RETURNS
Shopper beware. They do NOT do refunds. When you click their return portal a PDF pops open that you have to fill out - SO much extra work just to make an exchange. And you have to pay to send it back. I regret purchasing from here. I found them on TikTok and will never purchase again.

Annoying amount of notifications
First off I do want to say that the girls working the lives are great, zero issues with them & any questions I’ve had customer service has been very nice & answered the best they could. My issue is with the obscene amount of notifications that are sent on a daily basis. You get a notice when they’re live, great that’s exactly what I want. I don’t need a notification for EVERY outfit and item you’re about to display, ‘epic shirt, don’t miss it!’, 3 minutes later..’these Judy blues fire don’t miss them!’.. 4 minutes later ‘blah blah necklace is here!’. I’ve counted 19 notifications in a day and some days more. That’s not ok, you don’t bombard people with them. They don’t do just 1 text message EVER. I had to turn my ringer off on my phone bc of it. I sent through a complaint and they said they’d let them know but it’s the standard message I guess. I can’t be the only person complaining about it. It’s unfortunate I just turned off notifications and I’ll just shop whenever now instead of spending hundreds each live. Hate to miss out but I need my sanity more.

Shopping here was great, until I needed an exchange. The jeans I ordered a size larger than regular at Alexa’s recommendation. So small I couldn’t get them on. Promptly sent back with all tags attached and $11 return shipping cost requesting a larger size. Nope! No refund or exchanges on items ending in .99 cents. What?! I paid $35 for these plus an additional $11 to return so $46 and tough luck you should have read our return policy prior to ordering? These were NEVER worn. I’ve been buying there for 2 years and didn’t know that “hook”. Plus I can see on the app they have the larger size in stock. I can have the small worthless jeans back if I pay the $5 shipping. So long BAR. I will do not recommend Alexa and Bobby after this greedy move.

Alexa, Her nous and & Look alike sister are the greatest. They have live sales daily with free giveaways and descriptions of every item being sold. They have great clothes, shoes, jewelry & more but best of all they have great customer service & they answer all your questions! Alexa has a great fashion sense for all ladies size XS - PLUS sizing up to 14W-24W! She is able to incorporate the latest fashion trends that will make you feel confident, happy & glowing when you walk out the door wearing the clothing she has supplied you with. The only thing I could suggest is maybe for her to carry some more night time wear, something you can feel comfortable in while cuddling up in bed! Other than that she’s got you covered! Will continue to shop this Boutique on line & share with everyone I know!

This family forced shopping addiction amongst false claims of “community” and that people can hang out in their “live shows” and just join the community and not shop. Meanwhile they sell you non-stop overpriced clothes from China while claiming to be Americans and Christians. And — their clothing is junk. Better at Walmart, not kidding. She’s very curt and mean. You aren’t allowed to ask questions. Her husband awkwardly stands while she chances and just moved all around. Her prices are HIGH. Took my money else where.
