Account closed with no explanation
Used Bybit for years and completed KYC. After a compliance review, I provided all requested information and supporting documents. Bybit then permanently closed my account, gave me 120 hours to withdraw my assets, provided no clear reason, and allowed no appeal.
I also cannot delete the restricted account myself. After years as a customer, this completely destroyed my trust in the platform.

So many BUGS WITH NO FIXES

Deplorable
Absolutely disgusting. I signed with this exchange last week, took part in some bot trading for the first time and then tried to take part in one of their new user 3 day reward pools but their website wouldn't let me, I tried several times trying to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong, refresh logout login etc so I submitted a ticket. They responded with "after careful review, we have concluded that your account has violated our campaign rules and regulations" but they went on to say that I could still use their other trade deposit and withdrawal features so I immediately withdrew all of my funds and will never use them again.
