Super confusing to navigate and constantly have false games added
Not user friendly
No player numbers so it’s seems impossible to learn the new players names. On the schedule I have to click into the event to see if I rsvp’d or not. And then when you go back to the schedule it scrolls all the way back to the top so you have to scroll down again. And there’s a lot of extra fluff that I don’t need and or care to have.

Terrible delay
The chats and email notifications are terribly delayed which makes it super frustrating when communication needs to be timely. Sometimes messages don’t come through for days

Not sure if they used the app, appropriately but it was misused and there was very little oversight and management.

Because I have a lot of children in different activities,l and organizations, I’ve had to use lots of different sports/activities apps. This is absolutely the worst of any soccer team app. You cannot see whether you have RSVPd items in the calendar without going into each entry. When you get out of an event it resets to the top of the month. You cannot quickly move to the next month when in a week at the end. User interface fail, over and over

BYGA is one of the most frustrating apps I have used. The app feels poorly designed, cluttered, and far from intuitive. It seems as though very little consideration was given to how an actual user would navigate the app or quickly find important information when they need it.
There is simply too much information thrown together without a clear, logical organization. Basic tasks take far more effort than they should, and finding what you are looking for can be unnecessarily difficult. An app like this should make communication, schedules, team information, and other important details easier to access—not create additional frustration.
Overall, my experience with BYGA has been extremely disappointing. The app needs a major redesign focused on simplicity, organization, intuitive navigation, and the actual needs of its users. In its current form, it is close to useless.

1) when making a recurring event we should be able to pick a specific end date not have to count out how many weeks away that is
2) we should be able to do a recurring event that happens on more than one night
3) we should be able to get push notifications instead of only emails when there are schedule changes
4) we should be able to edit a message in the chat function instead of having to delete it and rewrite it

Why can’t I access Apple Maps from BYGA?
Loading time and calendar
When navigating between games, the calendar should not default to the beginning of the month it should take you back to the date for the game you clicked on.

App does not give alerts to my phone or let my phone give persistent notifications. I miss chats from the coach all the time. I have to physically check the chat group to see if anyone has posted anything and have missed timely communication many times. Have gone through all the help articles and all proper hoops have been made. Still no improvement

Calendar/availability improvement suggestions
It would be nice if the schedule would be one continuous scroll instead of only seeing one month at a time. It is also inconvenient that after you mark your availability for a certain date, you are returned to the first day of the month and have to scroll back down to where you were. Would be nice to be able to batch update availability too.

There’s a bunch of ui I would love to change. Calendar visibility, automations in attendance for scheduling or bulk attendance, notifications etc
Confusing
Very hard to figure out what is going on if you have multiple players. There should be a function where you can switch profiles and stay on one without getting the other emails.
