Horrible experience for my family
They managed to take two extra payments and will not honor their promise. They call consistently to get you to register by providing a counselor, a teacher and all these resources but once they start getting money and you’re not happy, they won’t respond to questions and won’t call back. I’ve put in multiple disputes for my charges even tho i called and canceled before the date they said. They would email back with the same scripted reply’s multiple times. Find better help elsewhere

Very bad service don’t signup
We asked for our money as the have a 60 day money back guarantee but their support is not cooperating and it’s becoming impossible to get a hold of anyone. Conclusion: don’t sign up, don’t pay them. They will make you chase them for you money.

Terrible experience
The free trail class was amazing but once I paid for the full curriculum, the link never worked and they kept sending it in Spanish instead of English like I requested.
Limited app UX (particularly for a coding classes app)
The app is super limited in it usability. For a company that teaching kid how to code, you would imagine that the app would be more flexible in searching an scheduling classes (which is not) or that one could search easily for substitute teachers to acomódate a time that is conviniéndome for the kid (which it does not), or (at least) that the char functionality spiel actually work (doesn’t)
