Horrible experience for my family
They managed to take two extra payments and will not honor their promise. They call consistently to get you to register by providing a counselor, a teacher and all these resources but once they start getting money and you’re not happy, they won’t respond to questions and won’t call back. I’ve put in multiple disputes for my charges even tho i called and canceled before the date they said. They would email back with the same scripted reply’s multiple times. Find better help elsewhere

Very bad service don’t signup
We asked for our money as the have a 60 day money back guarantee but their support is not cooperating and it’s becoming impossible to get a hold of anyone. Conclusion: don’t sign up, don’t pay them. They will make you chase them for you money.

Terrible experience
The free trail class was amazing but once I paid for the full curriculum, the link never worked and they kept sending it in Spanish instead of English like I requested.
Limited app UX (particularly for a coding classes app)
The app is super limited in it usability. For a company that teaching kid how to code, you would imagine that the app would be more flexible in searching an scheduling classes (which is not) or that one could search easily for substitute teachers to acomódate a time that is conviniéndome for the kid (which it does not), or (at least) that the char functionality spiel actually work (doesn’t)

Knowing India very well I can say it with utmost honesty India is not what their media and Indian travelers project them to be. It’s a country with huge numbers of folks who adhere to extremists and toxic nationalists views. The educated ones (dumbs) are more violent and dangerous than the folks with no education at all. Byju should be avoided and banned in other nations as I am sure it’s not a good idea to allow your kids to be taught by folks who holds primitive thoughts and extremists ideologies! Folks think TikTok was dangerous. Byju is designed to track your kids activities. I call it an app designed for paedophiles. And India have the worst record of laws against them. Kids are better off left to learn and socialize in the outer world. Nations should banned these apps. Save your kids precious neurons.

Not what was promised so far.
the class interaction is technically complex for children. This is not a log in and walk away class. The interface and screen swaps is complicated even for adults. The interface is not intuitive to a child under 12 years old. Two weeks later and still can’t cancel. Reps won’t return call or emails.
A year later and there was no coding in Roblox or Minecraft as promised. These coding apps are not really coding. They are click and drag and look advanced to some non-computer parents, but it’s simply not scripting coding. There are other companies that do as promised.

Really beautiful stuff
I was initially skeptical but the entire experience has me more amazed. My child is the one pushing me like “ a cart used in buying groceries” to register for more classes. I mean, he is eager to learn.I have never seen him this much interested in learning and not minding the time of the day or day of the week. Quite impressive that this opportunity is available at this time of age. Hope your organization do achieve all its objectives/goals. What a beautiful way to begin the new year 2022!!!!

I had this on my computer, and let me tell you. It. Is. Impossibly. Insanely. Fun. The things you code are endless, and you can make a music app, a year to hour converter, and LOTS more! I recommend this app for anyone out there that wants a head start on coding.
