This app does not work keeps telling me that it’s not connected to the Wi-Fi when it obviously is I’ve had this box for over a year because it was not compatible iPad now that I have a new one it will not load at all

Does Not Work!!!

I’m so upset I purchased K-3rd and of course they weren’t cheap. The app won’t download I tried it on 3 devices I had to try numerous times before it would download. It then claims no internet connection and it’s just stuck on that screen lol my internet is fine fake way to cover up the app is broke. Sad because I have a child on the spectrum crying loudly of course because he wants to play and doesn’t understand why he can’t play. Absolutely horrible and of course I can’t get my money back. shame
