This app does not work keeps telling me that it’s not connected to the Wi-Fi when it obviously is I’ve had this box for over a year because it was not compatible iPad now that I have a new one it will not load at all

I’m so upset I purchased K-3rd and of course they weren’t cheap. The app won’t download I tried it on 3 devices I had to try numerous times before it would download. It then claims no internet connection and it’s just stuck on that screen lol my internet is fine fake way to cover up the app is broke. Sad because I have a child on the spectrum crying loudly of course because he wants to play and doesn’t understand why he can’t play. Absolutely horrible and of course I can’t get my money back. shame

Still not working
Some of Osmo is back online but not this app. Do not waste your time.
Does not work :(
We have been trying to get this app to work and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but keep getting an error to check the internet connection that keeps the app from starting up at all. (Internet is working just fine!) We would really love to try this app but it just doesn’t work! :( Hope there is a fix for this eventually…

Unsupported, along with other Osmo apps like Hot Wheels Mind Racers. Almost like partnerships with Disney and Hot Wheels ended. Unfortunate.

I have downloaded the Byjus app and nothing happens and trying to use an iPad and nothing is working g in the app just sits on the app page then says you have no internet and it’s completely connected

Doesn’t work or load. As others said no it says no internet connection which there is. It literally doesn’t move from the load screen. What a way to disappoint children. Definitely a waste of money and a scam.
