Connection Issue
Hello, this product has potential. I am noticing a connection issue in the app when it’s time to connect the device to the app. I am not having trouble connecting my phone to the ear piece device. It an instant pair. When the device connected and disconnected it chimes. The main problem is the buffering on the home page and between the device you have. Please resolve I would love to use this app to its full potential. Thanks!

Cannot get it to work
Hi, exactly the same problem.
I previously had my device working. I didn’t use it for a while. It stopped working because I was redirected to a newer app called Translator. Now my device doesn’t work at all. Submitted enquiry, no response.
