Fraudulent debit card charges
I don’t like writing reviews ever but I had to for this app. I downloaded this app because I thought I would need it to communicate with someone but I didn’t end up using it. I have been charged twice for this app and I haven’t even gotten a chance to use it. They seem to be scamming people and I do not recommend at all.

Thank you so much for the new update and for creating such a great app!
I wanted to report a bug that has recently appeared in Conversation Mode. When I press the "Start" button, the screen briefly changes to the loading/processing state (like it's preparing), but then it immediately reverts back to the "Start" button and doesn't begin the session.
Could you please look into this issue?

Need my money back
Hi I downloaded this app for the reason to get a live transcription but it needs to record first. Please refund me my payment and I don’t want to use this app. Also please don’t charge my credit card..
Disappointing update

Thank you for the update. However, I noticed that following the latest update, almost all features and options in the app have become paid.
This is very disappointing and frustrating for long-time users who rely on this app daily. Could you please explain the reason behind this sudden change? Making every feature paid has significantly impacted the usability of the app.

Could not delete
I am annoyed that I can’t delete this app and account before the 3 day period to be charged.
