App update is awful
Bring back the simplicity of the previous version but add Face ID.
Almost useless
Just go to the branch this thing is absolutely useless. You can’t even find your account number or routing number from this app.
Need App renovation
The app needs a whole new renovation. This is from IOS 9 and it’s terrible and highly confusing with no features.
Needs an update BAD.
As much money as c-plant makes you guys can’t hire one person to update the app and make it user friendly? The world lives online while c-plant apparently expects its customers to come to the bank everytime…

This is the most outdated app I’ve ever used. It’s slow and never loads when I need it to.

Needs update to keep up with software and a way to log in with fingerprint . Also needs real time transactions. Just really needs a serious update.

Wish it was more up-to-date.
It would be great if we could get a more minimalist design that matches the current iOS. Also, make the Touch ID compatible for fast & easy balance checks.
