Constant call harassment
Apple should delete this app, it’s digital slavery and is excessive in every way. It needs your location constantly, calls you for supposed “welfare checks” (had 8 calls thus far in one shift, almost one per hour) and the supervisor phone constantly (also getting welfare checks). Has filled up my voicemail and it is not realistic whilst you work to do this constantly. Apple kindly delete this app. A bit upset cannot give negative ratings.

Orange Door companies
I am a door supervisor for a British door company that wears orange ties. We have recently moved to being paid per minute via this app. We must book on and book off to get paid but if you’re dealing with something and forget then you will lose money. To get paid I have to have this app and yet the app rarely gets the rear of my site so have to go inside to sign in. This is a nightmare as I work in a well known rough area in Newcastle upon Tyne. It’s killing my battery as the location data is collected constantly, if you don’t turn off the app.

What privacy
This is just a horrible affront to personal privacy. You should not be forced to use this app on your personal phone under veiled threats of not getting paid. The only people worse than the designers of this are the scum companies that make you use it. Also has never worked correctly. Had to threaten police action against c247 at one point for harassment. Avoid this app if you can

Bugs
Loads of bugs that inhibits user experience, no time, error pop outs and etc
Needs more updates.
App keeps crashing saying can’t log in, shifts don’t appear until about the 2-3 third time refreshing, there’s no dark mode as shown in the images just this horrible white background.

Slow Fecthing
Hi there,
Your new app interface is good,
But somehow it’s taking too much time to fetch data from your server’s database. But on the other hand old one is working fine.
Furthermore, I booked off my shift, it’s shows that you are booked off but actually I didn’t.
So I opened old one and I booked off from old app.
