Horrible app for a horrible con
This con is huge and they give you this unbaked baked app to navigate the very poorly implemented layout. It wouldn’t be horrible if the con staff actually knew where and when things are but they can’t even tell you where FIRST AID IS!!! The built in map feature doesn’t work and there are no physical maps anywhere to speak of. I missed the ONE PERSON I wanted to see this weekend because the listing for their meetup was buried under 50 different unrelated panels! That’s right you can search but it gives you everything that marginally pertained to any word you search. Navigating the streets of Chicago at night is easier than finding what you want at this con. I will never return. And unless you’re local I wouldn’t even waste gas to go. There are much better smaller cons out there. This one is garbage. An absolute dumpsterfire with ai and dropshippers everywhere. Disgraceful.

The map is not interactive. It keeps saying you have your update the app even when its updated

Codes won't even send, and for code send screens, who doesn't include a "resend" option

I’ve not been able to activate my C2 E2 badge via the app or online at C2e226.coOM/activate.
Please test your apps before you tell people to use them.
I can’t read half of the descriptions in my attempt to register using the app because all your letters are in white and you have the C2 E2 background which has big letters in white so that makes any descriptions disappear.
When I say, I forgot my password and need a code you sent it to my email, but it doesn’t come for many many minutes later, which is too late for my attention span. actually I didn’t get a code for more than 15 minutes so that’s tells me you’re sending codes doesn’t work.
You should be sending codes to a phone number. Texting me, is faster and more efficient. I have emailed management about this concern. Still have not received a response and it’s been several days.
Please send this response to management so they can ensure development in testing gets it right going forward.
