CA Condition Check

CollectiveAccess Condition Check is a mobile tool for gallery and museum staff to create, manage, and edit artwork condition reports directly linked to your CollectiveAccess (CA) collection management system. Every report created in the app is written directly into CollectiveAccess as a native record, linked to the artwork it describes. DYNAMIC FORMS Report fields are pulled directly from your CollectiveAccess configuration. Your CA admin controls what appears in the form. COMPLETE REPORT WORKFLOW - Search and select artwork from your CA collection - Fill out condition fields configured in CA - Attach photos and videos from your camera or library - Link an examiner from your CA entity records - Set workflow status - Save directly to CollectiveAccess EDIT ANYTIME Reports can be edited after saving — update fields, change status, replace the linked artwork, update the examiner, add or remove media. MULTI-INSTITUTION SUPPORT Works with any CollectiveAccess installation. Switch between institutions by entering your server subdomain at login. MEDIA CAPTURE Attach photos and videos to reports. Control image format (JPG or HEIC on iOS) and GPS metadata stripping from Settings. Requires an active CollectiveAccess installation and valid CA user credentials.
