Worst and dumbest UI ever
This is by far the worst user interface anyone can ever design. It's not intuitive in the slightest. And also it doesn't have any sort of integration. No APIs. No freedom in what you print. This is the stupidest and most regretful purchase I have purchased.

Rollo has been nothing short of amazing for me. The customer service is on point and everything has been so very smooth. I am very satisfied.
It’s great until you need customer service
I’m enjoying using the Rollo platform. My only gripe is when you have a problem the AI delayed messages and also getting issues resolved almost impossible. !!! I think they just want you to give up from asking , then after a period of time you give up. then you’re left on your own issue unresolved. This has been my experience

Very Unreliable
App only works for about a day after you connect it to a marketplace. After that it never works. It doesn’t download the most important order information - name and address of the customer. How can we print labels without this information?. So we’re manually copy/pasting the details which takes forever. That literally the primary function of creating the connection - to quickly print labels. We’ve held back on connecting to our Amazon and Walmart stores because we don’t believe they’re reliable.

App is Good, 2 Factor Auth is Annoying
The 2 factor auth, every single time I want to open the app is SO annoying. The code gets sent to the email, so i have to leave the app, unlike every other app which sends it via text. Please give us the option to turn it off, or set it up via Phone. I would use this app so much more if I didn’t have to do that every time.
