If you are an individual that is considering using this service I strongly recommend against it. The customer service is undeniably terrible. Don’t expect a team member to reach out to you if you have a concern expect an automated AI response by email. If you do get on the line with customer service don’t expect anyone to have their primary language being English. Coming from a fluent foreign language speaker the accents are terribly difficult to understand. constant confusion to questions and statements. This service goes on the advertisement of being convenient but it’s the complete opposite. From the moment I’ve initiated my subscription there has been nothing but obstacles without fail. Please take this advice and steer clear. Pick any alternative. carrier pigeon if necessary.

Stamps.com App
This app won’t let you create an account using this app. You can only create a new account using a PC Computer and Google Browser. Called Stamps.com and they confirmed that you can only use a PC Computer to create an account. This app should be removed from the Apple App Store.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was previously advised that my account would no longer be charged, and there was even a period of several weeks where no charges were processed, reinforcing that understanding. However, charges continued despite this communication.
I requested that my payment information be removed and my account closed, but customer service never responded to my follow-up emails. The lack of communication and failure to address my concerns has been very frustrating.
I expect companies to provide clear communication and timely support, especially when customers are requesting account closure and removal of payment information. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in this company’s customer service practices.

BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS
I found the stamps.com app to be very deceiving. During the sign-up process it was not made clear that I was enrolling in a reoccurring monthly subscription. The service appears to get users signed up quickly, while the ongoing charges are not presented prominently enough for the average customer to notice.
If you’re considering using Stamps.com, be sure to read all the fine print carefully. I was surprised to discover a monthly subscription fee after signing up and felt the enrollment process was misleading. Transparency about recurring charges should be much better.

Print and Verification Issues
Using the app on my new iPhone, I was unable to verify my account and I was unable to print a shipping label for USPS. I had to go back into the website in Safari to do anything. Once I was able to enter the six digit code for verification of my account it would not let me scroll to select submit.
