Rollo is good
I can’t make a label without being asked 5 times to give a review.
It’s been a struggle!! Had for 4 years
I’ve had my rollo 4 years , battle over and over to get it print. So I said buy a new one. Another 300.00 and still the same thing. I think if I could speak to a human I would be good. With that being said , it’s definitely a Rollo issue since we have 5 girls , 5 states having the same problem and we all decided together to buy a new one. Great support ROLLO.

Unreliable
Every time I need to use my Rollo printer I need to log in to change the settings. Every time I need to login Rollo requires a verification code. Half the time Rollo does not send the verification code. I usually end up having to find an alternative solution to printing labels because I cannot wait all day for a Rollo email. My Rollo is useless most of the time I wish to use it.

No option for multiple packages
No option to ship more than one at a time. I just shipped 4 identical boxes to the same customer. That means I have to go through the process 4 times. It’s such a huge waste of time, which means it’s not worth the money savings. Might as well use package handlers website. You’ve had years to add this basic thing, it’s not even considered a feature it’s that basic.

Rollo is good
I would say Rollo is the best, but the amount of times it wants me to give the app a review is why my stars are so low. I can’t print or make more than 1-2 labels without being asked to leave a review for the app. The Rollo printer also has trouble sometimes connecting to my phone and computer to print. I do love Rollo but the connection thing and the constant request for a review is unbearable. So here I am giving a review in hopes the message stops!

They don’t have your back
I’ve spent $5000+ on labels, had a claim with UPS throwing a package away, they didn’t do anything to help
Please Fix
It logs me out every time after I exit it’s very difficult when your doing large orders.
App & Printer Sux
I hate this printer. And when I say hate, I mean I would light it on fire in my backyard if I could afford to buy a different one. But I can’t. This piece of trash is constantly going offline. So I have to reset it and then use the worthless app to try and locate it. Which it never does. Never been able to just Bluetooth it to my phone, that’s never worked bc it can’t ever locate it. Oh! And sparks fly out of the back when plugging it in after resetting it 500 times to get it to connect. Over priced trash. I wish I had gone with a different brand.

Don’t Update - Doesn’t work
Don’t use this printer, I wouldn’t buy one again. They pushed another update that makes it not work at all with printing from a Mac, iPhone, or even a PC.

Worthless app
Update: after a LOT of back and forth with support, they were able to do something that finally allowed my app to connect to my account, thus allowing me to set up my printer. Still annoying that it took a week to get this resolved, but it was fixed.
I just bought a new wireless printer and I’m trying to just LOGIN to the app. I have got to the screen where I enter the 6 digit code 20+ times now, and after entering the code, it just takes me back to the beginning asking me to enter my username and password. I can’t even login to this app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times now; rebooted my phone twice, and nothing seems to be working. I’ve reset my password multiple times and nope. Not happy about spending $300 on a printer and I can’t even set it up, what a joke.

Payments
Worked just fine up until they removed Apple Pay or a simple debit card option. Asking for direct access to one’s bank account along with their ID scanned is insane just to print a label.

Worst and dumbest UI ever
This is by far the worst user interface anyone can ever design. It's not intuitive in the slightest. And also it doesn't have any sort of integration. No APIs. No freedom in what you print. This is the stupidest and most regretful purchase I have purchased.

Rollo has been nothing short of amazing for me. The customer service is on point and everything has been so very smooth. I am very satisfied.
It’s great until you need customer service
I’m enjoying using the Rollo platform. My only gripe is when you have a problem the AI delayed messages and also getting issues resolved almost impossible. !!! I think they just want you to give up from asking , then after a period of time you give up. then you’re left on your own issue unresolved. This has been my experience

Very Unreliable
App only works for about a day after you connect it to a marketplace. After that it never works. It doesn’t download the most important order information - name and address of the customer. How can we print labels without this information?. So we’re manually copy/pasting the details which takes forever. That literally the primary function of creating the connection - to quickly print labels. We’ve held back on connecting to our Amazon and Walmart stores because we don’t believe they’re reliable.

App is Good, 2 Factor Auth is Annoying
The 2 factor auth, every single time I want to open the app is SO annoying. The code gets sent to the email, so i have to leave the app, unlike every other app which sends it via text. Please give us the option to turn it off, or set it up via Phone. I would use this app so much more if I didn’t have to do that every time.
