Can’t get ahold of support
I am using iOS and the app immediately crashes when I open it. My work makes me use this to get on their network when I am not at my facility! This has complicated work for me!

Terrible app
No dark mode, low effort UI, cannot transfer accounts to a new device, cannot backup accounts to the cloud.
Needs modern updates
This app needs automatic dark mode like yesterday!As well as app dark tint that came with iOS 18. This bright white app is very bright at night. It’s the only app on my homepage that doesn’t have dark tint and it sticks out like a sore thumb.
Unfortunately my job forces us to use the app, otherwise I wouldn’t need to have this app. Please fix, those 2 things and it would be a whole lot better.

App stopped working after iOS update
Push notification stopped working after iPhone update.

Title says it all.
Works but…
I’m required to use this for my employer’s website so I don’t have a choice but to use it. I’ve had to operational issues. Currently using iPhone 15.
It would be nice to:
1) Have a Dark Screen option. I have to use this in the middle of the night and it can burn Superman’s retinas easily.
2) It would be nice to have have it go back to the Accounts screen when returning to the app from anywhere else.

I had old version in this new version I not able to log in now pls help me how to login or exist from this

This app is outdated. Improvements that could be made. 1)Apple Watch app. 2)Face ID for mobile token 3) automatic app timeout, so when you open the app again it will be ready for a new token, not one that’s “old”

Con iPhone 14 Pro non funziona
Ho provato diverse volte a disinstallare e reinstallare senza risultato. Ogni volta che seleziono l’account cui voglio collegarmi si apre la videata di informazioni.
