Can’t get ahold of support

I am using iOS and the app immediately crashes when I open it. My work makes me use this to get on their network when I am not at my facility! This has complicated work for me!

Keeps crashing

Two iPhones now and still randomly closes as I try and open it

Terrible app

No dark mode, low effort UI, cannot transfer accounts to a new device, cannot backup accounts to the cloud.

Needs modern updates

This app needs automatic dark mode like yesterday! As well as app dark tint that came with iOS 18. This bright white app is very bright at night. It’s the only app on my homepage that doesn’t have dark tint and it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Unfortunately my job forces us to use the app, otherwise I wouldn’t need to have this app. Please fix, those 2 things and it would be a whole lot better.
