A couple of bugs.
Sometimes my app freezes, I would also like to be able to put some colour labels on tasks and folders. Besides that, all is good!
Not worth the $
The latest update (from Caato Time Tracker+) feels like a step backward. It takes more clicks to navigate between projects, tasks, and time entries. There is no color-coding. Adding a time entry is a boar. You cannot overwrite highlighted numbers—you have to delete them before you can type new ones. You cannot use arrow keys to increase or decrease the numbers by 1s, 6s, or 10s, 15s or 30s. You cannot efficiently tab between text fields—it will jump around the input fields seemingly at random. There is no 24-hour option. The only preference provided is the option to sum large portions of time by hours, 8 hr days, or 24 hour days, which seems a niche need compared the low-hanging fruit mentioned above.

Best Time Tracker!
I've been using Caato for over 5 years and it's the best "no-frills" time tracker. Easy to use, sumple UI...perfect for my needs.

Love the update. Being able to add folders and notes is really helpful. The new interface is a good redesign as well. I have no issues with billing when I submit my invoices with the CAATO printout for my work!
Top notch app for tracking billable hours
This is a comprehensive but easy to use app for tracking time against multiple projects and clients.
Time Tracker + was great as a companion to the MacOS app and I had used it since it was released about 8 years ago. This new version has transformed it into a very capable and effective standalone app with essentially the same features as the MacOS app.
Full synchronization with the MacOS app means that whether working at my desk or away, time tracking is seamless and consistent.
Other apps that I have looked into and tried didn’t live up to my hopes—this one delivers!

A standout product for tracking billable hours
I have been using this app and previous versions since 2014 and it’s still indispensable for keeping track of time spent on all tasks, big or small.
This app meets all of my needs and is easy to use: I don’t foresee ever switching to something else. I have a folder for each client and easily add projects as they come up. Each major task gets set up as a new activity, and I use the notes to record details each time that I work on a task.
The export capability makes it possible to create project time records and invoices with whatever level of detail I need! Plus, with the iOS version on my phone everything syncs and I can keep track of work time on-the-go.
Throughout many years of full-time employment tracking project time spent was always a chore. Not so with this app!

Übersichtlicher, besser
Als langjähriger Benutzer der Vorversion war ich gespannt: Meine Wünsche wurde alle erfüllt. Für mich sind die vielfältigeren Excel-Export-Routinen ein Segen, die Daten kommen nun genau so aus der Zeiterfassung, wie ich sie für die Abrechnung brauche. Und das ohne „Kopfstand“, einfach per Click. Superpraktisch finde ich auch die Suchfunktion, die mir hilft bei sehr vielen Aufgaben diejenige zu finden, die ich fortsetzen möchte.

Excellent Time Tracker
I have been using the beta version of Caato for seven or eight years. It is very useful, easy to use, and to summarize time by category at the end of each year. The originator has been very responsive with questions and I am a huge supporter of this software. Jeff Mayer

seit der iCloud Integration eigentlich die perfekte Zeiterfassung. Ich kann die Erfassung auf dem Mac starten und auf dem iPhone wieder beenden usw. - bin glücklich :-)
