What a waste of time. This app hasn’t been updated for ages. It’s completely outdated in terms of layout, but the worst is the fact that doesn't work. Full of bugs and I couldn’t book a cab at all
Unusable
This app is terrible. It won’t recognise my address (in central London), keeps in recognising it and then not, putting it back to somewhere else on my street, won’t allow me to type in boxes or delete when I need to, and just froze. It won’t allow you to type in an address, only locate it on a map which takes ages and won’t work if I’m not familiar with locations. I just wasted over half an hour setting it up and it doesn’t work. Complete waste of my time.

I lost my wallet in a cab and have no way of contacting anyone to get it. I only have the cab driver’s name.

No one showed
Downloaded the app after I saw it in a cab I was taking in Preston. Tried to pre-book a taxi 6 hours in advance but booking wasn't accepted by a driver and no notification from the app to tell me so, despite notifications being turned on. Effectively useless.

This app is seemingly unknown but is actually really useful to have. Competitive fixed fares on all longer distances, pre-booking available and can pay via the app. Honestly think this app deserves more credit!
Best Cab app in London
This is by fair the best app if your looking to get a Black Cab in London. Once booked a cab arrived within minutes

Booked 24 hours in advance for a wheelchair user to get to hospital. No one showed up and job was cancelled by the app after it was due even though 2 drivers were with 10 minutes of our address

Not impressed, I booked two hours early and nobody responded. It went past the pick up time still nobody responded even though two drivers were available. I kept on hailing a cab from the app which eventually cancelled the job. I can't trust it to use it again.

Only used the app twice but its already beginning to be the most useful app on my phone. Was able to get a cab quickly both times and also pay by credit card. Its simple and it just works!
Amazing
Amazing app !!! Just hailed and got the cab in a minutes time. Seeing the black cab drivers knowledge I was stunt he knew all the roads shortcuts. Also the fixed price job let me know what I am paying before getting into the cab isn't cool?
