The app is terrible. They have a lot of info on website but I am sure they miss out on lot of customers because the layout is not simple or intuitive.

Always asking for feedback. Here’s some:
1. App logs out of business account every couple of weeks.
2. You don’t need to send a text asking gif feedback after EVERY SINGLE JOURNEY.

After the update it doesn’t retain my login details for my business account. I have to re enter them every time
Errors about phone number format, won’t complete booking
I’ve had this happen repeatedly and have been unable to book a car several times. I support the eco friendly ethos of the company which is why I keep trying to book periodically but the app just doesn’t work! Forced to use another app. **update** still having the same problem. Called the company and they seem totally unconcerned. I give up.
