Not enough information on baggage handling.

Have spoken to BA to find out if baggage is now going in every flight, rather than being left at the airport. Told not their problem, to phone Heathrow. Phoned Heathrow, all automated, cannot speak to anyone, automation does not give a number to press to find out if things have improved. Utterly fed up trying to get information.
