Recent Update has made App useless
Recent updates since the start of July ‘26 have made this app functionally useless. It now does not load, crashes while attempting to load and seems to be stuck in a doom-loop. Altering app privacy settings does nothing. Hopefully next update will fix it, but for the moment it’s totally useless.

Have signed up for the Drop Off Charge payment direct from my bank account so I don’t incur any fines for inadvertently failing to pay the charge. This could be an Icon on the front page for occasional users!!!

Terminal arrival time would be useful
In addition to the ‘landed’ time, a second arrival time at the terminal would be useful (taxiing time/being held on the apron etc) to better gauge when to enter the short stay car park.

It’s been down for days now. It doesn’t do what it says on the tin.
The drop off parking doesn’t work for quick easy payment.
At £7.00 a go you’d expect it would.

Latest update seems to have killed the app
The latest update from today seems to have killed the app. Nothing loads now, error messages appearing everywhere. Guess the “bug fixes” caused other bugs

We use the app always for checking arriving flights maybe it should have a email option to update us it each time there is a change to the flight
