I come from a family of travellers. So I do lots of airport trips. The app helps me plan when to leave home as I can see delays, when bags are released or when tail winds have been kind. I wish Gatwick could match their app to yours 🫢

Fantastic for checking live flight and airport info
Practical and intuitive
The details on flight arrivals and departures are useful but are only displayed two days in advance. Enhanced search functionality to more quickly identify the flight I am searching for would be helpful. All the other features help me navigate around the airport and make best use of my time commuting through the terminals. Takes a bit of practice to master the app but then all systems go

Recent Update has made App useless
Recent updates since the start of July ‘26 have made this app functionally useless. It now does not load, crashes while attempting to load and seems to be stuck in a doom-loop. Altering app privacy settings does nothing. Hopefully next update will fix it, but for the moment it’s totally useless.

Have signed up for the Drop Off Charge payment direct from my bank account so I don’t incur any fines for inadvertently failing to pay the charge. This could be an Icon on the front page for occasional users!!!
