Needs Some Work
I am glad they have an app. I’ve been using it for a year+. It’s confusing mostly and takes more time to find things than it should. I’d love to see some improvements
Need me bank software
This is horrible.
App sucks
App sucks and is problematic. Authentication doesn’t work reliably. It makes it very hard to see your information when you don’t have an hour to spare.
Transfer money page not functional for many months
The transfer money page continues to have glitches like every credit union that uses this software where one cannot see any accounts on the transfer money page. Users have to log out and try 5 times before you get lucky and the accounts show up on the drop down. I’m using the newest Apple phone with app updated.

So easy to work through this program.
I’ve tried other banks and have had some difficulty going through their web sight. I’m always relieved I could go bank to this web access, which is much easier.

Easy to navigate . Fast changing from one screen to the next . Always accurate and updated to amounts in each account . Reliable data and information.
Lacks fundamental banking functions
Let me start by saying that Cache Valley Bank has the friendliest staff. Their in-branch service is incredible.
However I have never worked with a more technologically inept institution. Their online tools are 2000’s tech at best. They completely lack BASIC banking functionality like transfers to other banks, online bill pay and other basic services for my business. Every other bank I have used has these services available to personal and business accounts.
As nice and friendly as their staff are, I don’t have the time to go withdraw cash and deposit it elsewhere every time I need to move money. I would love to see them upgrade their tools, but if they don’t, I’ll be forced to switch banks.

Does what I expect
The app does everything I expect it to do.
Missing important features
This needs to have zelle integrated within the application and I should have access to my account and routing number details without having to call.
Needs a massive update
Compared to other banking online that I use, CVB is somewhat cumbersome to get around in, difficult to get to the right areas if you were trying to modify a reoccurring payment, see what reoccurring payments are coming up just as an example. The appearance of the website is very out of date and I tried to do very little banking online with CVB. I use another banking establishment for all of my bills.
