About

MEET RILEY Riley is your coach inside Cadence. Warm but direct. Riley reads your Apple Health data, your recent sessions, and what you tell it about your day — then makes a real call: PUSH today, MAINTAIN, or RECOVER. With reasoning, not vibes. WHAT IT DOES • Builds today's plan around your real readiness, not a template • Generates structured workouts you can start with one tap • Adapts when life happens — bad sleep, travel, missed days, going out • Remembers what matters: your injuries, your schedule, your patterns • Tracks your week — steps, sleep, HRV, training volume — in one view HOW IT'S DIFFERENT • No rigid 12-week programs that ignore your week • No counting macros to the gram • No shame after missed days • One smart coach who learns you, not preset personalities YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Try it instantly — no account needed to get started • Sign in any time to back up your data across devices • Connect Apple Health when you're ready • Tune notifications and equipment in Settings Cadence is for people who want to train consistently without the guilt or the grind. If you've quit a fitness app because it didn't get your life — try this one.

Quiet mornings. Riley only asks how you feel when the data actually warrants it. When your sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate look fine, the morning brief just sends — no questions, no sliders. When something looks off (short sleep, low HRV, hard session yesterday), Riley ends the brief with one natural question: "How does the body actually feel today? Energy and soreness, a sentence works." You reply like you're texting; the numbers land automatically. The slider check-in still lives in Settings for days you want to log everything explicitly. But it's no longer on the home screen — the morning brief is now the daily moment. Bundles the v3.1 coach overhaul too: morning briefs, post-workout reviews, and a four-week training arc that Riley references in every reply.
