What's New in Pumpr
1.2.4
September 20, 2026
This release is about speed, and about Pumpr actually telling you what it knows. - Starting a workout no longer stalls. The app used to fetch a recommendation and an AI insight for every exercise in your plan, one after another, before the screen was ready - so a six-exercise session spent about eight seconds loading. Your first set now goes in immediately. - The Today screen opens fast. Your coach's pick was rebuilt from scratch every single time you opened the app, and it got slower the more you had logged - the heaviest users waited the longest, which is exactly backwards. It now reads the plan already built for you. - Logging a set, your progress screen, and syncing are all substantially quicker. - Analytics no longer looks empty when you are just getting started. Most of its charts need several weeks of history, and rather than saying so they simply disappeared. It now opens with what you have actually done - sessions, weight moved, and every record you have set. - Reminders work before your first workout. Previously we only reminded people who had already finished one, so if you set up your plan and did not get started, we went silent. That was backwards. - Onboarding asks how you track training today. If you already log in Strong, Hevy or Fitbod, we can bring that history across, so your first plan uses your real numbers instead of a guess. - Finishing a workout no longer shows an error if the app has to retry. Free, as always.
