1.4

Home screen - Reorganized into a "Summary" section (daily training score card, most-improved exercises, worst performer) sitting above the session list, both with sticky headers - Sessions list now shows only the single latest session per exercise (previously could repeat per day) - Each session's subtext (sets/best/avg) is now colored green/red based on that session's change vs. the prior time the exercise was performed - Daily training score badge added per day card, with a leg-day bias fix - Weekly "Trained" stat card color-codes by streak tier; avg lbs/rep shown per session - Visual polish: raised/shadowed cards, frosted blur on sticky headers and search bar, restyled date/time pills Detail screen (per-exercise) - Sessions redesigned as swipe-able cards (swipe to reveal edit/delete) - New stat cards: Net Improvement, Last Improvement, Best (PR) - Auto-detected PR badge on the record-setting set, now consistent with the active chart mode (weight vs. reps) - Chart mode (weight/reps) now persists per-exercise across restarts and reloads correctly - Chart's percentage now shows in the header and is relative to the first data point - PR data point highlighted directly on the chart line - Sticky stat cards and pinned "New Session" button while scrolling - New sub-1/empty weight now floors to 1 lb so bodyweight exercises still show meaningful volume on the weight chart - Session cancel flow (X in header) replacing the old cancel button Other - Various keyboard/input fixes (double-tap-to-focus, search bar covered by sticky headers, no iOS "Done" bar on numeric inputs)

Finally a tracker that stays out of the way

I've bounced between a bunch of workout apps and always quit because they wanted an account, a subscription, and half my attention between sets. LiftLedjer just lets me open it, log the set, and put my phone down. The autocomplete remembers every exercise I've done so entry is quick, and the per-exercise progress charts make it easy to see whether I'm actually moving up. Love that everything stays on my phone with no sign-up and no tracking. Exactly what I wanted, a record and not a chore.

Simple yet effective

This app is exactly what I was looking for. Simple and straight forward. No complicated bloat.

Track Your Gains the Right Way

I’ve tried a few workout tracking apps, but Lift Ledger really stands out. It’s straightforward, fast, and actually built for people who take weight training seriously. Logging sets and reps feels effortless, and the interface doesn’t get in your way while you’re in the middle of a workout.

What I like most is how easy it is to track progress over time. Seeing strength improvements clearly laid out keeps me motivated and consistent. It also helps me push a little harder each session because I know exactly what I did last time.

If you’re into lifting and want a no-nonsense way to stay on top of your progress, Lift Ledger is a solid choice. It does exactly what you need without overcomplicating things.
