Not syncing with canadian banks after the payment is deducted

For the trial week, it worked well and I made the 1 year payment. Since then the bank is not connected anymore, and it is frustrating. The dev team said it is the issue with plaid, but then why dont you guys try to fix it or change to another provider. The dev team asked me to import the statements in the mean while, then why did they take my money for the auto sync feature if they cannot fix the issue. Seems like they are just trying to take money instead of thinking from the customer side. I gave 3 star for the appearance and UI of the app.

What I’ve been waiting for?

Did some reading / research, interested in trying the product. Canada is lacking a simplified budgeting app. Found Cadence through Google AI recommendation while searching for Dollarwise web + VPN capabilities.

YNAB ui isn’t beginner friendly so here to hoping Cadence hits the mark. Will return to update.

Thanks for your work on 1password btw, used it religiously in high-school
