What is going on with this app???
Latest update is not good. I’m not even getting alerts from it, except on my personal phone I have the app downloaded never log into it though, it’s just there for back up and the alerts come through on that phone so I then grab my work phone that I’m logged into the app on and have to close out the app and reopen to even get an alert. Sometimes when a dispatch comes through it comes through right away as timed out and I have to call the coordinators to reassign the job. It needs fixed.

Worst dispatching app ever
Have to use this app for Cadillac roadside. It fails to send proper and on time notifications. The app fails to load and freezes constantly, have had this app on 3 different i phones at this point with the same results. It does not save long in information and forces you to change you password way to frequently. The worst app I have ever used and it is an embarrassment that this is the standard of dispatching that we are forced to use.

I have to use this app for Cadillac roadside worst app I have ever used. Never works most of the time your login information does not save. The one time pin that is only good for a couple minutes takes about 45 minutes to get. Wish I could leave it a 1/8 of a star.
