Excellent Roadside App

Ease of use is incredible. Simply put a great app.

Horrible

What is this service? I pay for this every month and the roadside tow drivers don’t come for 2-3 hours and no one replies on the live chat or picks up the customer set line.

Very nice to have

Very grateful for this app as it has helped me in my loved ones several times!

Roadside assistance

I tried to add my other vehicle I recently purchased to roadside assistance with Verizon roadside assistance and am wondering why it won’t let me add it so I’m not to happy with the service

Terrible service

I am canceling this roadside service and just stick with State Farm roadside and AAA. First of all they use foreigners that aren’t even in the USA to answer calls. You can’t understand them because if they’re accent and they can’t understand what you’re trying to explain to them. I called to have my car towed from one repair shop to another one. So I decided to not go with the other repair shop since it’s not in State Farm’s network. I called back and told them to change the drop off so a different repair shop instead. I checked the tracker and it still had the first repair shop
I chose for drop off listed. So I canceled it thinking the lady didn’t change it. I called to have them drop off it off at the new address and they said that it was going there and I told them the tracker didn’t show that so I cancelled it. Then I told them to set up a new one which they said they did but didn’t. So I went into the app to set it up myself. Well it said that the tow struck driver would be there at 11:30 but then it moved to 12:30-1:22 pm. The tow truck driver towed me he was running late and would be there. It’s almost 2 pm and he still
hasn’t showed up. He don’t get to the shop until 2:30 pm. Then it said he arrived and then it said my tow was cancelled like I had cancelled it. I waited since 11:00 to have my car told for it to be cancelled and the repair shop closes at 5:30 pm. I had to call State Farm to have them set up a tow. Not only that when I had them first tow my car to that shop two weeks ago I never received a receipt. State Farm told me they would reimburse me but I needed to give them a receipt. I called and told them I needed a detailed receipt with the vin number and everything. They told me they would have to escalate my claim and it would take 5 business days to get a receipt. That’s insane that they can’t just produce a receipt right away and email it to me. Then after a week I got the receipt and it didn’t have everything I requested on it. I submitted it to State Farm and they told me I need a receipt that shows what I’m being charged for as far as mileage, etc. I called them to let them know and they had to escalate it and I have to wait another week to get a new receipt.
