Offline issue
The app works fine with very low latency. And the UI was good but recently devices are going offline most of the time which really irritates. As we are paying for each device it should be available online every time.
There are frequent errors
This app frequently encounters errors often going offline, even while the device is in use and lacks reliable support when needed
