App doesn’t work
Give them your information then try to open the app and it says “user not registered”. If you try “direct mode” it tries to connect to the dehumidifier but fails. Don’t waste your time with this one.
Typical poorly written in Chinese app
Terrible app impossible to configure Wi-Fi with iPhone. Had to use android. Finally got it working then two days later can’t sign into app.Call support number and they say they’re not taking calls unbelievable
