Really Unfortunate
Really unfortunate how clunky this app is, the document layout is awful in every manner. My worst gripe is I will be trying to navigate a document and ability to exit a document, search within, or adjust view settings totally disappears and you have to exit the app to reset it. The entire app is clunky and inefficient for accessing large documents such as aircraft manuals. I loathe how much time I have to wrestle this app.

Terrible for study
Almost useless for studying for the training. It keeps logging out and will not download anything for offline use. Pretty disappointing compared to the other big training outfit.
Awful
Doesn’t work offline. Crashes multiple times when online. App closes its self down. Requires login for each opening of the app. Schedule is overly cluttered. Notification do not come through to your device. WHY
Almost Useless
Clunky, incomplete and almost unusable. Some docs are poorly scanned, not indexed or searchable. Flight Safety app is so much better! Still no electronic flashcards???
Very clunky
I tried the “pre check in” to skip the check in line at the Dallas West training center. I eventually got it done but the app is full of bugs. When I enter dates for my passport or DOB, once I close the menu, it changes the date. I had to go back several times to set the correct date. Why isn’t there a “download all” button to download all the course documents? My course has a long list of documents for download and I had to download them one at a time.
