Predatory Thieves
There is a clear pattern of theft by deception here. Everyone that I know that uses this game complains about wins “drying up” following purchases. They especially prey on the elderly with addictive personalities. I have had numerous CS representatives (without realizing probably) tell me that there is indeed an algorithm used to “enhance game play”. So if you’re giving real money to this game… and as they say it’s “all random or by chance”… isn’t that gambling? I don’t care if I don’t get anything but I would love someone to sue this company and everyone like it out of existence.

I’ve wrote a review before and gave it a 1 star,and I’m going to give another 1 star because if the app wants to say it’s not rigged and random of when you do win I believe they should at least have it to where if you did win the min win should at least be high enough for you to get you bet back and at least another 5%,sick of this app saying you won on that spin when you bet even as low as a million but you won 1,000 coins,I don’t count that as a win I’d say you lost 999,000

I love the games on this app more than any other slot app out there but it’s just put to get money,they have daily slots to play which would make you think ok maybe I can at least win sometimes just so I can reach the reward but no it just takes after take,draining you of all your coins (hoping you buy more) i literally have to wait for free coins,the one wheel (where you spin once a day hoping to get matches),and the roulette wheel just to have a few coins to play with every day,I have to bet low just so I can play for a little while.

Terrible customer service
Even when you send them proof in black and white they can’t resolve an issue. They just constantly give you the run around. What a scam and a poor way to treat longtime and loyal customers.

No Bonus After 500 Spins
I was playing on 50k and the bonuses were fairly common. Every bonus I won over 1 million then I increased my bet to 100k. I got a bonus once and I won nothing (after winning often on 50k). 500 spins later not a single bonus game. The odds at higher bets are very terrible and does not give much incentive to play the game. Other games like Cash Frenzy have way better odds. This app is no different than other generic slot machine apps. They also constantly push spending real money to get x coins in front of your face making hard to actually enjoy the slots. AVOID!

Good when it works!
I have been playing this game for many many years and it’s always been great. But for some reason, I’m fast spins it just keeps spinning and spinning and I have met one of the challenges, but for some reason I cannot collect. So something is definitely wrong with this app.

Incredibly dishonest and predatory and they know/don’t care. I hate these people. If the middle finger was a rating option I’d give that. Customer service has now stopped responding and when they do it’s AI slop lol they’ve been sued countless times.

Soon you make purchase they lock the games. And you only have chance to lose and not win. Can’t say to much positive things about I will recommend do not get addicted plenty other game apps out there if you are stuck depressed or bored in hospital or so on. Not good overall. This people will rip you off. Rewards do not exist don’t be fooled like me.

Worst payout
After spinning 19 to 33 times repeatedly and maybe getting back a payout equal to one bet…this site is less like playing a game and more like donating. The graphics are great and the games interesting but the constant gimmick bombardment is distracting.
Not fun anymore
I used to enjoy playing Caesars Slots, but now it’s just frustrating. I constantly get kicked out of the games or the screen freezes. I’m tired of having to start over every time I get a jackpot.

They’re being sued in Washington state for predatory practices and running an illegal gambling operation. The fact that Caesars Entertainment even associates with this trash is sad. Caesars is the online real online casino I won’t download because of this horrible scam. They target kids as well which is pretty disgusting.

Update sucks
I thought the game was bad before the update, but it’s atrocious now. Glitchy spins, the reels freeze, your wins disappear before your eyes. I’ve probably lost hundreds of billions of tokens playing while mission aren’t calculating anything. I’ve had to get out of the game, re enter, and find out I lost my scroll, billions in tokens, or missed out on missions because the software is broken. And I’m sure they’ll have an excuse for their lame update, and lame methods of answering because they just don’t care about you, just about money they want from you. I’ve got a news flash - fix the game, repay me what you owe, and I might buy some credits. Otherwise, I’ll just use up what I have and delete the game. Oh and BTW, Caesars condones playtikas b.s. game and side steps direct questions about how fraudulent the game and playtika is.

Just keeps getting worse and worse
Lots of nice games on offer, BUT many glitches resulting in lost play time and lost rewards. I have noticed spins not being credited and other relatively minor malfunctions, but, most recently, Reel Travelers malfunctioned and restarted the app on the last game of the most challenging level, then would not reload that one game for the last 40 minutes, preventing me from getting my last few spins in to win the big prize. Funny, all the other games, including earlier levels of Reel Travelers, opened just fine. I find that a bit suspicious. I was able to get screenshots of the game not opening and reported the problem, but will have to wait to see if I get a satisfactory response (which would be, at the least, the ace chest and 8 billion coins I would have gotten had the app not frozen the game) or get told too bad, so sad.
If I get a satisfactory response, I will come back and upgrade my rating.
