Ridiculous
It’s absolutely ridiculous that you need to download the app to order from them. Considering that the majority of your customers are of the older generation. So I downloaded the app and waited for the verification code and waited. It finally came through after I went to the counter and ordered.
Can’t use coupon
I have $5 coupon to use but can’t apply it at the checkout. I’ve met all the criteria
Unclear on rewards
I visit Cafe 63 often, I’m unclear on how the rewards program works, I can’t locate any rules. The App Store says birthday reward, I didn’t receive anything on my birthday. The last app you got rewarded for 10 visits as well as $100 spend, the part of the app that I think is for the 10 visits does not move along, so not sure what that is about. Initially when I switched to the app I did receive coupons, now I’m unclear on how you get them, as I haven’t earnt another. Can you please publicise how the program works. I love visiting, I would also love to love your app, just need some clarity on the perks.
